Returns and Refunds Policy

Delivery Information and cost

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition. There is no time limit. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If a delivery is returned to us, as a result of the customer providing incorrect delivery details, being absent or customer negligence we will attempt to contact the customer by e-mail or telephone. In order to resend the delivery we will recharge the full carriage cost to the customer.

Refunding the delivery charge

If we have made a mistake, or an item that was sent is faulty we will refund you the full delivery amount, and the full price of the product. A refund will be given via the card that was processed when making the order.

Returns for Online orders

Any goods purchased can be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Please give us the following details:

  • The product being returned
  • The reason for returning the product
  • Do you require an exchange or a refund?
  • Name and contact number of customer

All costs for returns must be made by the customer. Once the item has been sent back to us, we will contact the consumer via telephone or email to inform if the refund has been given and when.

Or if an exchange is needed, a member of staff will contact you via telephone or email to arrange a new delivery with new garments.
